She holds a BA from Cal Poly Humboldt and pursues ongoing professional education in property management to stay current with industry best practices. Based in Meridian, Idaho, Sue is committed to clear communication, proactive maintenance, and delivering exceptional resident experiences, always looking for a way to improve the rental experience for her residents.
Susan is an Idaho native and graduate of BSU with more than two decades of experience in property management. She has developed expertise across all aspects of the industry, with particular strengths in accounting, technology, and operations. Susan is known for her attention to detail, strong operational insight and commitment to improving systems and processes. Her dedication to excellence and continuous improvements has made a meaningful impact throughout her career in property management.
